Team4U is the operator of Simapka, a mobile application that permits its end users to sign up SIM cards, get present cards and credit prime-ups, transfer mobile phone quantities involving operators and tap into financial expert services like loans and insurance plan.
Polskie ePlatnosci is a subsidiary of Nexi Team and a payment card operator with functions throughout Europe. With its acquisition of Simapka, the enterprise will maximize its potential to offer clients with modern mobile technologies and a better array of Android expert services, further diversifying its revenue streams. Polskie ePlatnosci vice-president of M&A Monika Gaszewska stated the company’s intention to “build an ecosystem in which payment will be only one particular of several elements”.
The Response workforce comprised partners Bartosz Wojciechowski and Kamila Kozera, associate Elzbieta Bialobrodzka-Skrzypiec and junior affiliate Anna Zawadzka.
